"Customer service seems to be on vacation"
I emailed Wonderskin twice about my order and waited days with absolutely no reply. I also tried their contact form, because apparently I enjoy sending messages into the void, and still didn’t get a proper answer. The product might be perfectly fine, who knows, but needing help and getting ignored is frustrating. I wouldn’t order again, mainly because customer service clearly isn’t a priority

"Drinks Were Fine, Food Ruined It"
It held up well while I was just drinking, so I was feeling good about it. But as soon as I ate, that was basically the end of it. I’m blaming the food on this one

"Pretty good for the price"
Umm, for the price, I think this was fair. The lip stain lasted longer than what I usually use, and I didn’t have to apply much at all. Shipping was a little slow, but overall I feel like I got my money’s worth.

"Works fine, but I felt a bit let down"
The product itself works okay, no real complaints there. But after I paid and actually saw the size of the tube, I felt a little suspicious about what I’d just spent my money on. It’s tiny for the price, and I was expecting there to be more in it. Not bad, just doesn’t feel like a great value.

"Right out of the package, my first impression…"
Right out of the package, my first impression was that it looked decent, but after using it a bit, I noticed it rubbed off some. Not a total dealbreaker, but definitely something I noticed quickly.

"Finally found one that doesn’t smear everywhere"
I picked this up because I’m so over lipstick ending up on my coffee cups, sleeves, and basically everything else. This one actually stayed in place way better than I thought it would. I had coffee, ate, and went about my day without it smudging all over my face. I did a small touch up later, but nothing major. I’m happy with it

"shade wasn’t quite what i thought"
it looked a bit darker online, so when it showed up i was kinda surprised.. still totally wearable though, just not exactly the shade i was expecting

"I really wanted to like this…"
I really wanted to like this, but it kind of works when it wants to. The scent is way too strong for me, and the taste is bitter, which made it hard to keep using. I tried to give it a fair shot, but it just wasn’t a good fit for me.

"A bit messy and tricky"
My experience was kind of messy and a little tricky to deal with. I had to keep checking my emails and receipts to make sure everything matched up, which got frustrating after a while. It wasn’t the smoothest process, but I eventually got through it

"Better than I expected"
I wasn’t expecting the color to show up as well as it did, but one swipe was already bright and super noticeable. It stayed looking good for hours too, which was a nice surprise. I’m really happy with it.

"Reliable delivery, but I kept an eye on it"
I ordered from Wonderskin and, the delivery showed up on time, which I appreciated. I’m usually cautious with online orders, so I was checking the tracking closely, and it updated normally. The package arrived in good condition too. The only thing that made me a little unsure at first was that it took about a day before it actually shipped. Once it was moving, though, everything was fine. Overall, it felt reliable, and I’d probably order again.

"Nice color but didn’t last like I hoped"
I tried the lip stain and it does work, the color looked really when I first put it on and I liked the way it felt, but after I ate it started fading kind of unevenly and didn’t hold up as long as I expected, so it’s not bad or anything, just a little average for the price and probably better if you only need it for a few hours instead of all day.

"Stayed put way better than my usual lipstick"
I picked up the wonderskin lip stain because I was sick of blaming my lipstick for ending up all over my coffee cups and masks. This one actually stayed on way better than I expected. Once it set, I had coffee and lunch and there was barely any transfer. It did fade a little in the middle later on, but there were no messy smears or weird marks everywhere, which is the main thing. Super convenient for work days, and yeah, I’d definitely buy it again.

"Really fair shade range"
I was surprised by how many shade options they had. I’m usually stuck between colors and have to mix things myself, but the one I chose matched well. It also felt good to see both deeper and lighter shades included, instead of just the usual few beige options. That kind of range feels like the right thing to offer.

"Return Took Longer Than Expected"
The return process took way too long for me. I get that things can take a little time, but as a customer, I think most of us expect returns to be handled a lot faster and with fewer delays.

"Sooo uncomfortable on my lips"
I really wanted to like this, but it felt way too tight on my lips. After a little while, my lips got dry and kind of sore, so I had to take it off and put on balm instead. Just nooooot comfy for me at all.

"The color actually stayed on pretty…"
The color actually stayed on well, so I’ll give it credit for that. But peeling it off was a whole different story. It came off weird and patchy, like it was choosing which spots to release and which spots to cling to for reasons unknown. Not saying there’s a grand conspiracy behind it… but it definitely didn’t peel as smoothly as advertised.

"Pretty good, especially for dry lips"
I tried Wonderskin because my lips get dry really quickly, it did help more than I expected. It feels comfortable and not sticky, which I really liked, and the color stayed nicely too. I wouldn’t say it’s absolutely perfect, but the hydration was the best part for me. I didn’t feel like I had to keep reaching for lip balm all day, so overall I’m happy with it, even if I still have a couple small mixed feelings
